Eleanor Scott and Donnie MacLeod will work to:
- support local food production;
- increase support for community energy schemes and micro-renewables and stop new nuclear power stations;
- extend public transport instead of airports, and dual-track the railways to & from Inverness instead of the A9 and A96;
- prevent any further domination of our economy by supermarkets, support small businesses and fight for fair play for farmers and crofters;
- safeguard services in rural areas, such as health, schools and post offices;
- honour the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty and campaign against Trident renewal.
Tha sinn a’ cur taic ris a’ mheudachadh ann am Foghlam tro Mheadhan na Gàidhlig agus ann an Craoladh Gàidhlig.
Eleanor and Donnie say
Much remains to be done in meeting the challenge of climate change and improving the quality of all of our lives. With two of us in Holyrood, we will be able to achieve twice as much!
