Structure of the Scottish Greens
The Scottish Greens have a unique party structure, which blends a number of democratic principles in order to be as inclusive as possible. These are direct election by the entire membership (one member, one-vote), election by branches, and random selection. In the tradition of many green parties worldwide, we have a joint leadership rather than a single figurehead.
Branches
As the party has grown, we are in the process of moving from a regional structure to a branch structure. Find out about branches in your area.
